David Bandars, CVA, is President and Founder of RPR Business Associates, Inc., and has been helping business owners value and sell their businesses since 1998.  His experience is not industry-specific in that he has worked on deals for many different types of business throughout the last 14 years.  Helping business owners ready themselves for the next stage of their lives is a mission David takes seriously.  In addition to his acquisition work, David is also busy helping businesses merge with synergistic companies.

Kelly Arkfeld is a Business Development Specialist who attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Kelly has over 15 years of experience helping small business owners reduce their expenses, increase profits and retain their key employees. In her role, she gathers pertinent information, creates and implements an action plan and improves key business processes for our small business clients.  Kelly also is an important part of our outreach to strategic business owner buyers.
