David Bandars is President and founder of RPR Business Associates located in Omaha, Nebraska, and has over 28 years of experience in the financial services industry.  David founded RPR Business Associates in 1998. The company is a unique firm serving small to medium sized business owners with the following services

Since 1998, RPR Business Associates has worked with many small business owners on their mergers and acquisition needs.

Mr. Bandars has completed and passed the certification process with the The National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) to earn the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential.  The CVA credential is granted only to qualified individuals with considerable experience in the field of business valuation.

The CVA designation is an indication to the business, professional, and legal communities that recipients have met NACVA’s rigorous standards of professionalism, expertise, objectivity, and integrity in the field of business valuation, financial consulting, and related consulting disciplines.

Prior to 1998, David worked with Nationally known insurance companies such as Mutual of Omaha and Guarantee Life Insurance Company working in the home office as an Underwriter and State Sales Director.  David holds a NASD Series 6, 63 and 65 license. He earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Wayne State College.

 

In 2009, David and software programmer Trent Policky created a decision-making tool called The BizNestEgg software system.  This is a program designed to help business owners make well-informed decisions about the sale of their small business.
